Sherwin Nadjm has extensive litigation experience and focuses his practice on civil and criminal matters. He has handled a wide range of complex cases in both state and federal courts, gaining substantial courtroom experience through litigation, jury trials, and high-stakes disputes while providing professional legal services to individuals and businesses.
Mr. Nadjm previously served as a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County, where he handled and prosecuted numerous criminal cases. Through his work as a prosecutor, he gained valuable experience in all stages of criminal litigation, including investigations, charging decisions, trial proceedings, and courtroom advocacy.
During his private practice career, Mr. Nadjm worked in the litigation department of Lewis & Llewellyn LLP’s San Francisco office and also practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, one of the nation’s leading law firms. Throughout his legal career, he has been involved in matters involving criminal cases, cyber fraud, financial disputes, and other complex litigation issues.
Currently, Mr. Nadjm represents individuals and corporate clients at GWP LAW GROUP, handling complex and high-stakes litigation matters involving financial fraud, cybercrime, securities-related disputes, money laundering, and other sophisticated financial legal issues. He focuses on developing effective case strategies, evaluating legal risks, and analyzing critical details to provide comprehensive legal support to his clients.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Nadjm is committed to public service and supporting the protection of vulnerable individuals. He has assisted victims of domestic violence in seeking legal protection, including restraining orders and related judicial remedies, and has participated in community legal education and public-interest initiatives.
