Alexandra Maria Wagner focuses her practice on providing professional legal services to individuals and families, with an emphasis on disability rights, special education rights, and related legal protections. She is dedicated to helping clients understand their legal rights and providing compassionate, thorough legal support to families facing unique challenges.
Since entering private practice in 2015, Ms. Wagner has provided legal consultation and representation to individuals with disabilities and their families. She assists clients in protecting their legal rights under laws and programs including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.
Drawing on extensive legal experience and professional knowledge, Ms. Wagner provides effective legal solutions for a wide range of clients. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, as well as the state bars of California, Ohio, and Massachusetts.
Ms. Wagner earned her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University. She previously served in the Office of the General Counsel of the United States Air Force in Washington, D.C., and has provided legal services to public-interest organizations, including the Children’s Defense Fund, contributing to efforts that protect the rights of vulnerable individuals and communities.

Ms. Wagner is committed to providing ongoing legal support to students and families, helping them protect their rights and access the protections available to them throughout their educational experience.
