From 2005 to 2012 and again in 2020, he served as Executive Director, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, including attorney supervision, fundraising, human resources, board management, grant writing, and strategic planning.
From 2012 to 2019, Mr. Singh served as Co-Executive Director of LRLC, managing the organization’s litigation practice. During this time, he focused on direct advocacy, worked closely with clients, and mentored other LRLC attorneys in their efforts to protect and advance the rights of students and families.
